Coordinate Correction.

Once you are logged in, go to the 'Tools' Tab, the Apex Coordinate Correction, upload the Apex file as per the format. Enter or Pick the corrdinate(s) correction, Drag-n-Move as per your requirement. When done as per your satisfaction and requirements, click on Export Coordinate, it will export the latest coordinate, which you can you again in the "Horizontal" Tab.
